Vendor Application Ann Arbor RFP - Detroit Power Washing

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Sub Contractor for Detroit Power Washing. We work with local clients for Fleets, Commercial, & Residential, and are excited to work with our local power washing companies to provide consistent work.

Here is the scope of work for this specific client:

Cargo vans, Pickup Trucks, Small Bucket Truck bodies once every 4 weeks.
Schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday starting at 7:30AM until they are completed before or by 12PM. Once every 4 weeks. Like This.

- Week 5 ON
- Week 6 OFF
- Week 7 OFF
- Week 8 OFF
Fleet Size (Approximate):
Minimum billing of 25 units to show up. (you will be paid for 25 units even if there are only 15, etc.)
Approximate unit count 65-85 total for the week.
Services Required: Exterior power wash of entire unit where no soap will be left on windows.
Wheels must be soaped and brushed.
***Power washer must provide their own equipment. Water is available on site. Long hose is required or a tank.
Projected start date on site: 8-27-2024

Please price a flat fee for all vehicles. Bucket trucks are body, cab, wheels etc only. Not the bucket and arm. (you will be paid for 25 units even if there are only 15, etc.)

Pricing Proposal:
To be considered, your price per unit must fall between $7-$12 per unit washed. Please provide your best and most competitive price within this range. You will be paid for 25 vehicles minimum even if there are only 15, etc.
